This is an experience of mine. I try my best to really help my employee, but soon entitlement breeds because they have been relied on skills. Thanks to Life Coaching I learned not to fear anymore. IF i DESIRE TO BE RESPECTED AS A LEADER, I NEED TO LEARN TO RESPECT myself first. Silent thieves are everywhere with the corruption of humanity, awareness is key, learning matters.

The silent thieves won't wait. Neither should you. It's time for leaders to embrace change, elevate their standards, and develop a new culture that will not tolerate dishonesty, inefficiencies, and abuse.

This invisible threats are really like a plague killing the organization slowly at first, but exponentially fast after. Reality hurts, it’s those small tolerations allowed and the mistrust to and between leaders made this undetectable.

Great content, Master Coach A. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your thought. you are free to express your thought but you don't have any right to disrespect the space.

This article incase you missed the essence is about the systematic erosion of trust, time, and truth. It is the responsibility of people in charge to empower their employees to become productive and if the employee is unproductive then there is due process to go through. The problem is instead of going through the right process people "cover up" and mastered the art of managing up while managing expectations down." which leads to trust tax, whatever the reasons are, the truth is stated.

BUT If you are ready to become the leader who stops the bleeding and builds an unshakeable foundation of trust, then you can join the CPD-Accredited Certified Leadership Coach with The Invisible Threat Eliminator Program
